He is a specialist in talent management which includes talent acquisition, training, and channelizing the talent for the efficient execution of the organizational objectives.

After his last stint in IT, Yogesh has decided to venture into the Startup in the form of Sushrut Designs. Through this, one of his dreams to develop innovative medical products is becoming a reality.
